  • 1 Sushi rolling bamboo mat


For Sushi Rice

  • 1 cup Sushi rice short grain sushi rice
  • 1 cup Water
  • tablespoon Sushi vinegar

For Boston Sushi

  • 3-6 tablespoons Tobiko (or masago)
  • 6 oz Shrimp
  • ½ Cucumber cut into ½-inch strips
  • 2 sheets Nori seaweed sheet
  • 2 Avocados ripe but still firm

Optional for Serving:

  • Soy sauce
  • Wasabi pastes


Cook Sushi Rice:
