Acai Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 Orange-skinned and segmented
  • 1.5 Cups Tender spinach
  • 1/4 Cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Chilled blueberries
  • 1 3.5 Ounce Pack frozen Acai
  • 1/2 Banana

Acai Bowl Toppings

Instructions

  • Combine the orange, spinach, almond milk, avocado, blueberries, Acai, and 1/2 banana to a high-powered food processor or blender.
  • Blend continuously till it is smooth, if you must put in extra almond milk to get it moving put in 1/8 cup at a time so your smoothie bowl does not thin out too much.
  • Spill into two bowls, combine toppings and serve instantly.
