Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Oil (any kind of your choice) or 1/2 tablespoon of butter
  • 2 Fresh from the market or farm eggs (avoid using week old eggs)

Instructions

  • Heat the pan or skillet on low medium fire and once heated, pour the oil or put the 1/2 tablespoon butter to melt. Wait until it starts bubbling, indicating that it’s ready.
Heat the pan over low fire
  • Add the eggs gently and add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. You can cook them one by one or fry them together, it’s your call. Then, cook them for 2 to 3 minutes.
Heat the oil or Butter on the Pan
  • Once the whites are set and the yolk is still runny, flip the eggs slowly and cook for another minute.
    Add the Eggs Gently

Notes

  • Avoid using old eggs as they tend to spread around the pan, making it hard to make the perfect over medium eggs.
  • Don’t overcook the egg as it might not be as healthy as it is if the nutrients are damaged due to overcooking. Always fry the eggs over low medium fire.
