Ingredients
  

  • cups Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup Packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
  • In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time, until combined. Beat in the vanilla extract.
  • Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, and beat until just combined.
  • Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
  • Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
