Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the gluten-free all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt until combined.
In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar with an electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, until combined. Beat in the vanilla extract.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, and beat until just combined.
Fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
Drop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.
