Equipment

  • 1 Stove Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Bow tie pasta
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 15 oz Petite diced tomatoes
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • ¾ cup Heavy cream
  • cups Parmesan cheese hand grated
  • 5 oz Fresh basil leaves chopped

Instructions

  • Fetch a big pot of salted water to boil. Cook bowtie pasta till is properly drained and firm. Put it elsewhere.
  • The moment pasta is on the stove, heat olive oil over average temperature. Cook garlic for about 30 seconds- 1 minute till it is aromatic.
  • Combine a can of chopped tomatoes with pepper, sugar, and salt. Steam lightly for about 2 minutes.
  • Combine heavy cream and decrease the heat to a minimal temperature.
  • Spray the parmesan cheese and stir till it has dissolved. Change the seasonings and taste them. It may require additional salt or sugar, trusting in how acidic your tomatoes were.
  • Put in hot pasta and stir very well to coat in sauce. Combine the chopped basil and stir properly.
  • Serve instantly.
