  • 1 (10 ounces) box of frozen spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry
  • 1 (16 ounces) container of sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 (8 ounces) can water chestnuts, drained and finely chopped
  • 4 scallions, Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Put in spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix, water chestnuts, scallions, Worcestershire sauce, and nutmeg inside a bowl (deep dish).
  • Swirl the ingredients to the extent of mixing entirely.
  • If you want flavor, add seasoning with salt and pepper.
