Notes

One piece of a chocolate chip cookie contains the following. If you’re following a strict diet, then it is essential to be meticulous about what every serving of the food you consume contains. Here’s to a gluten-free diet, and a yummy snack to munch on as you please. Remember to munch responsibly and of course, heartily.
  • How do you make gluten-free cookies moist?
Aside from xanthan gum, adding an extra egg or yolk also does the trick. By doing this, you add moisture to your chocolate chip cookies. Just add ¼ teaspoon of xanthan gum to each cup of gluten-free and let batter for up to 30 minutes before baking to avoid a rough texture.
  • How can I improve the “browning” of my chocolate chip cookies?
The trick to that is to add a tablespoon of milk, as it compensates for the liquid that evaporates from the butter during your cookies’ browning process. Additionally, it also helps the cookies get their toasty, brown color. (Note: It’s important to add a few tablespoons of milk sometimes so that you don’t have rough cookies)
